Siblings Rory and Sarah Chase head the family-owned operation; creating a unique partnership in a world of factory farms and processed foods. Sarah manages the farm, ensuring the quality of the dairy Rory uses to create the cheeses. The cows are pasture raised, grass-fed and free of rBST.

ARLF Co. cheese is a must on any foodie bucket list. The company focuses on hand made cheeses with high nutritional value, essential organisms, and key digestive enzymes, making indulgences almost guilt-free. Cheeses range from the French-style Chaseholm Camember’t to Raw Milk Stella Vallis, a Tomme style cheese, and the ever-popular probiotic Queso Blanco available in a variety of flavors.

ARLF Co. cheeses can be found at most farm markets in the Berkshires as well as a handful of specialty grocers.
