Berkshire Festival of Women Writers

For the entire month of March the Berkshire Festival of Women Writers (BFWW) offers an exciting lineup of readings, lectures, workshops, performances and screenings for female writers of the Berkshires. The multi-venue festival offers events daily, many of which are free.

The festival kicks-off on March 1 with a lecture by celebrated author, Dani Shapiro (Still Writing).

Highlights include an interview with best-selling young adult author Mary Pope Osborne, the festival book exposition, a benefit performance directed by Jayne Atkinson-Gill and a film screening of Disruption in honor of International Women's Day.

Whether you're a seasoned author, curious listener or just interested in dipping your toe into the writing world, BFWW is collaborative and welcomes everyone.
