Bistro Box
A Roadside Eatery
Located on Route 7 in Great Barrington, Massachusetts, the Bistro Box is a roadside food stand with a gourmet twist perfect for a relaxed lunch on a summer afternoon.
While the restaurant offers an excellent selection of homemade soups, salads and sandwiches, the Bistro Box stands truly unique for its gourmet burgers, hot dogs and homemade hand-cut French fries dressed with a variety of classic combinations.
Each meal is served on a sleek tin tray in a convenient cardboard take-away container. Customers have the option of enjoying the restaurants easygoing atmosphere at one of the summery roadside picnic tables or jumping back on route 7 with a delicious on the go meal.
The founders of the Bistro Box, Nic and Birdie, started their business as a mobile food company in 2010, traveling down the east coast to Florida. They have since decided to return to the Berkshires and establish a more permanent location in Great Barrington and residents of the Berkshires could not be more pleased.
