These are the exceptional wines that Folio Fine Wine Partners has offered up for Rouge’s Master of Cuisine, Chef William Merelle to create beautifully paired cuisine. JUMPFEST: FRIDAY NIGHT LIGHTS
February 10th, Friday 7PM

The opening event of the 91st Annual Jumpfest is a night-time jump-off under the stars. The jumpers—unhampered by judges and points—look only to land a bulls eye target to win big. But the real fun ensues with the Human Dog Sled Races in which teams of six slightly crazy folks careen around a 3 mile course—entertainment and hullabaloo ensue.

Starting with the Junior Jumpers on the 20 and 30 meter hills at 9am, cheer on these youngsters as they lift off into the air!

Practice for the big jumpers on the Olympic Level 55-meter jump begins at 11am with the competition commencing at 1pm. Enjoy the warming bonfires around the grounds, Lagunitas beer and great food at the Cook Shack! $15, Free for 12 & Under

LOVE POTION: THE SPIRITS OF LOVE AT LICHFIELD DISTILLERY
February 11th, Saturday 7-10PM

Litchfield Distillery, Ciesco Catering and Litchfield Jazz are teaming up to produce a Valentine’s Day to remember with all proceeds supporting music education and scholarships at the Litchfield Jazz Camp. The event will begin with hors d’ooeuvres and a Litchfield Distillery Signature Cocktail and progress into live jazz, dancing and dinner. The Distillery is also treating guests to top-shelf wines and a tasting of their own products and Ciesco Catering’s luxurious menu with wrap up with Fascia’s Chocolates from Waterbury. Leave the flowers and presents at home—each guest will receive a rose and there will be a silent auction there as well! Come with your significant other, with friends or go stag—the event promises equal-opportunity fun. And the dress code? “Fabulous.” 50% of your ticket will be tax deductible. $125
