Slideways at Lime Rock Park

Skiing, snowshoeing, ice skating and sledding are all popular and common winter sports. But leave it to Lime Rock Park to put their own spin on cold weather activities with their Winter Autocross Course.

Under the watchful eyes of experienced instructors, drivers will learn “car control skills” to make them better and safer drivers in the snow and ice. The 1,200-foot autocross course will transform into a wintery track (thanks to large-capacity snowmaking and grooming equipment). Drivers will experience a fun day at the famous park while picking up specialized techniques appropriate to whatever vehicles they drive.

A luxury chalet will provide warm beverages and snacks; a bonfire will blaze at the autocross staging area.

The cost is $300 per licensed driver, pre-registration is required. Lime Rock Winter Open Enrollment Autocross Days take place on weekends through March.
