At Thorncrest Farm & Milk House Chocolates in Goshen, CT, they proudly boast, “the magic is in our milk” and that's true: each handmade chocolate is made with fresh milk from their very own cows. They also use their own cream and butter in their small batch chocolates and flavor them with only the most natural ingredients such as fresh fruits and herbs and high quality cocoa beans.

Proprietors Clint and Kimberly Thorn oversee the care and detail that goes into each chocolate, noticeable with each bite. The extremely detailed designs on the sweets are almost as delightful as the taste. Harper's Mango, creamy white chocolate infused with fresh mango puree, has an orange top, Mr. Ives's Mints sports a charming wheelbarrow and the Almond Truffles have been swirled in organic almonds.
