Valentine Day Cocktail
The perfect drink for this holiday. The cocktail was invented by Josh Ansel, Barman at The Falls Village Inn. The Inn is listed as one of the "Top 100 Romantic Inn's in America" by Travel + Leisure Magazine.
2oz. Rhubarb Tea Neutral Grain spirit
1 oz. Berry Purée
1/2 oz. Club Soda
Combine spirit and purée in a shaker with ice. Shake vigorously and strain into martini glass. Top with club soda and garnish with a Chocolate Heart or a Kiss.
