Guy Wolff in Sharon

Demonstration and Reception

Sunday, 16 March, 2014

To honor the 275th anniversary of the Town of Sharon, master potter Guy Wolff demonstrated the making of an 18th century Bartram flower pot at the Town Hall. While expertly molding the clay, he spoke of his process and the historical significance of pottery. The demonstration was followed by a reception and book signing at the Hotchkiss Library. Wolff wowed the crowd with his poetic pottery and deft craftsmanship. His flower pots commissioned by the Hotchkiss LIbrary remain on sale at the library.
