The presentation from MCLA Professor Rita Nnodim will discuss humor styles and personality traits, integrating insights from areas such as psychology, sociology and cultural anthropology. She not only paints humor as a coping strategy but illustrates the many other ways in which laughter can positively impact mental health and physical well-being. $10 - $15.
