FINE WOODWORKING SHOW: MASTER CLASS
July 21st - 22nd, Saturday - Sunday, 9AM - 5PM

Riving and Turning. No, it’s not the name of the newest Top 10 album or a dance performance at the Pillow, but it is just as impressive. They’re just two of the master skills that the members of the Berkshires Woodworkers Guild will be showing off at their Annual Fine Arts Show and Silent Auction. Come see these artists, artisans, craftsmen, craftswomen and more demonstrate these exceptionally difficult techniques and talk about their handmade creations from furniture to musical instruments. If you’re lucky enough, you just might be able to bring some of this artistry home. $5

HARRY POTTER AND THE SCIENCE WIZARD
July 25th, Wednesday, 7PM

Have a Harry Potter fan among you who would love to taste dry ice Butterbeer or participate in a Bertie Botts Every Flavor Bean Challenge? What about getting sorted into one of the four Hogworts’ houses using chemistry? Mad Science—a worldwide science enrichment program—will be teaching some wizard science in an unforgettable day of magic and learning. Suitable for ages 6-11, but I would certainly volunteer yourself to be the supervisor for this one.
