March Maple Dinner for Berkshire Grown was held on Monday, March 23 at Cranwell Resort in Lenox.

Our photographer, Colleen Macmillan, was on hand to record this celebration of the first harvest of the season, maple sugaring season. It was held at the Cranwell Resort in Lenox MA to benefit Berkshire Grown and its Share the Bounty project.

This was a special gathering of extraordinary Berkshire chefs who created a maple-inspired dinner, complete with hors d’oeuvres and local beverage tasting. All the top culinary stars were there, Daire Rooney of Allium acted as the host chef.
