At Gedney Farm
Gedney Farm is offering a Cooking Class and Wine Dinner with chef Michele Ragussis and sommelier Peter Miscikoski Saturday, January 18th.
From 11AM to 2PM, Ragussis will guide participants through preparation of Italian meatballs, with a working lunch. Cost of the class and lunch is $75 per person (plus tax and gratuity).
The Italian Wine Dinner with Chef Michele and Sommelier Peter M. will be served at 6PM and costs $150 per person, plus tax and gratuity.
For those looking for a longer experience, a Getaway Package with lodging is available for $425, plus tax and gratuity. The package includes the class, lunch and dinner for a single person, as well as one night’s residency (single or double occupancy).
Gedney Farm co-owner Peter Miscikoski is classically trained as both a musician and sommelier. His wine lists feature eclectic varietals, small-production Italian winemakers and natural wines.
Chef Michele Ragussis attended Johnson & Wales University. Her cooking reflects her love of New England cuisine and her deep passion for the Greek and Italian culinary heritage that in which she was raised.
