Catwalk Boutiques

Catwalk Boutique has expanded from its flagstaff location in Great Barrington to include a new store at 26 Church Street in Lenox. Next week it will unveil its new logo and sign before throwing its doors open for a grand opening on Saturday, April 6.

The boutique, an upscale women’s resale shop, benefits the Berkshire Humane Society and its goal of caring for and finding new homes for companion animals.

Berkshire Humane Society (BHS) is a private non-profit and is not affiliated with any other animal welfare organization. It receives no public funds from local, state or federal sources. Since its beginning, BHS has sheltered more than 50,000 homeless animals and is proud of its record of placing 100 percent of all adoptable dogs, cats, birds, and small mammals.

The Catwalk Boutique store in Great Barrington opened in 2013, co-founded by Mimi Rosenblatt, Marsha Weiner, and Leslie Weil, to provide a dependable revenue stream for the BHS. Fashions offered at the stores are all like-new or very gently used, which constantly refreshing their inventory. In addition to clothing, the stores offer handbags, wallets, scarves, gloves, hats and jewelry.

Donations of current styles of clothing in good condition are always needed and may be dropped off at Catwalk Boutique any time during business hours. All donations are tax deductible and tax receipts are provided upon request. Donations for the Lenox shop may be dropped off at the animal shelter in Pittsfield, 214 Barker Road, or at Purradise in Great Barrington, 301 Stockbridge Road. Pick-up or drop-off in Lenox can be arranged by contacting Colleen McGrath at cmcgrath@berkshirehumane.org.
