End in the barnyard, where you greet the farm animals. Friday’s Shop ’n’ Sip is the perfect alternative to Black Friday—with goods from the region’s best artisan makers and handcrafted gifts. On Saturday evening there is the Grateful Shaker Supper, a memorable communal meal in the iconic 1830 Brick Dwelling. Prices vary.

This record-breaking, sell-out tour is a full multi-media presentation featuring dancers, marching bands, choirs and special effects. COLUMBIA COUNTY ARTIST STUDIO TOUR 2024

Featuring 16 of Columbia County’s artists, these talented painters, illustrators, sculptors and ceramicists will open their studio doors to visitors to view their work. “This is a fun and unique opportunity to drive from one studio to the next, at your own pace and leisure, seeing what happens behind the curtain,” said Marjorie Hoog, curator of the event. “The artists volunteer their time to share their work with the public.” Most of the work displayed will be for sale. $25.
