MAKERSPACE: QUOTE TOTES

Do you have a word or mantra for the new year? A song lyric, poem or other quote you love? Visit the Makerspace at Gunn Memorial Library and put it on a tote bag with help from the Cricut cutter and heat press! You’ll learn how to use the Design Space software to format text for cutting and some tips for working with heat transfer vinyl and selecting the best settings for the heat press. Free.

TALES OF A BOATWOMAN: EVOCATIVE STORYTELLING
January 25th, Saturday, 4:30PM - 6PM
Experience an afternoon of evocative stories with Amber Chand accompanied by sound healer, Senta Rafaela. As a refugee herself, expelled from her birth country, Uganda, by tyrannical dictator Idi Amin in 1972, Amber feels deeply for the exile in our world. Deeply moved by the Love Without Borders Exhibit showcasing the artwork of the refugees living in Greece, currently on display at Center for Culture Through Peace, she offers this event as a benefit to Love Without Borders. $15.

NAACP BERKSHIRES: 2025 FREEDOM FUND AWARDS

THE HEART OF WINTER: SOMATIC & MEDITATION WORKSHOP
