Learn about Whiskey and other distilled expressions with an instructor from Whiskey University—an organization that travels the country to educate people on the history and virtues of this iconic spirit. In "Whiskey 101,” you will start with learning the difference between Distilled Spirits & Fermented Beverages. You’’ll also learn about, and taste, some of the eight most popular types of Whiskey and find out about what makes them different. TESTAMENT OF ANN LEE: A SHAKER CELEBRATION
January 23rd - 29th, days and times vary
Experience the long-awaited Shaker film, The Testament of Ann Lee, from award-winning writer-director Mona Fastvold and starring Academy Award nominee, Amanda Seyfried. Over several months in 2024, Hancock Shaker Village hosted Mona Fastvold and her team at the historic site as they delved into the history of the Shakers' founding leader, Ann Lee. Shooting a portion of the film throughout the historic buildings, barns and grounds, you will see Hancock Shaker Village shine throughout the film! Already boasting Golden Globe nominations, this film is quickly cementing itself as a foundational piece of American and Shaker history. $8 - $13.

CRAFTS & COCKTAILS: COMMUNITY MAKING

SKI SUNDOWN WINTERFEST 2026
January 24th, Saturday, 11AM - 2PM
Join a festival of winter fun! Put on your favorite winter costume, funny hat or helmet cover and celebrate the winter season with other snow lovers.
