PUTTIN’ ON THE RITZ: FIGURE DRAWING WORKSHOP

Join artist Warren Prindle for a drawing workshop with a professional model dressed as a Jazz Age flapper. Through guided exercises, you’ll learn about proportions, expressive gestures and the rhythmic flow of the human form. BUILDING A NEST BOX: CAVITY-NESTING BIRDS

In this hands-on workshop, you'll build your own nest box to take home and learn the best location to attract cavity-nesting birds during the breeding season! Learn the local birds who rely on cavities to build their nests—including Eastern Bluebirds, House Wrens, Black-capped Chickadees and Tufted Titmice. Writer and award-winning cartoonist with The New Yorker Magazine, Liza Donnelly, will interview Izon, to discuss her debut novel, her career and her writing process. Free.
