Woven with Love

There is no better to way to celebrate the month of love than with the annual Valentine’s Day “Sip and Shop” on February 8th from 11AM to 4PM at Whiting Mills in Winsted.

The event is a celebration of creativity with more than 40 artisan studios to explore as well as pop-ups, among them Tina Puckett’s studio where fine art and craftsmanship come together in intricate baskets, bowls, wall hangings and sculptures crafted using hand-dyed reeds and hand-harvested natural materials such as bittersweet vines and seagrass.

Each piece is one of a kind—a perfect gift for the unique person for whom you are seeking a gift (or for yourself). Visitors can watch her weave in real time, observing her artistic process.
